We build all our workstation and server
machines in-house and test each machine
before it's rolled out onto a network.
Your business data is stored on the
server and backed up throughout the
day onto a secondary disk drive, this
ensures that if the primary disk fails,
your secondary disk is intact with
all your data.
To protect yourself from loosing data
in the event of a disaster e.g. Fire,
Floods, you must make offsite backups.
With a CCOM File Server, we are able
to connect remotely to the machine
from our offices and make backups
of your data, if you ever need to
recover data from us, we can do this
remotely.
The server is installed and updated
with the latest Anti-Virus software,
we also advise the installation of
an additional Linux firewall server
to stop all uninvited traffic.
You have the ability to share your
files and printers with other users
on the network; you can also share
your Microsoft Outlook Contacts, Calendars
and Tasks to enable you to manage
your business in an easier and more
efficient way.
Technicians at CCOM are able to login
remotely to your server to solve many
issues that may occur, they can also
set-up remote assistance session with
your staff PC’s to allow us
to fix any issues your staff members
are having from our offices.
Remote access
gives your staff the ability to work
from anywhere with an internet connection,
they can login via Remote Desktop
and be virtually sitting in front
of there office machine. For more
information on this, please click

All our networking services are bespoke
so an initial consultation session
would be required to discuss your
user requirements. If you would like
to arrange a meeting, please
